Frank M. Kuras, a Senior Chief Petty Officer in the U.S. Navy, has dedicated over 22 years to serving his country, exemplifying leadership and commitment in every role he’s undertaken. His extensive military experience, coupled with his advanced education, a master’s degree from the University of Charleston, WV, provides a strong foundation for guiding and mentoring others. Frank’s leadership has been forged through decades of service, from managing complex operations to mentoring the next generation of sailors. He is also a proud family man, married with two daughters, one of whom follows in his Navy footsteps as a Naval Officer.
