Olivia Bauermaster is a student passionate about writing, art, dance, and sports seeking to glorify God in all she does. Her favorite sports are basketball, tennis, and softball. Olivia enjoys vacationing with her family, looking for seashells, and swimming. She loves watching Philadelphia sports teams and attending Phillies games. Olivia is passionate about helping people and wants to encourage others to do the same. When she grows up, Olivia wants to be an elementary school teacher.

Zac Bauermaster is an educational leader passionate about people. Zac currently serves as principal of Providence Elementary School, where he has the tremendous opportunity to lead teachers, support staff, families, and, most importantly, the next generation daily. His greatest joy in education is seeing adults leverage their God-given talents and abilities through inspiring kids to find and use their gifts. He’s passionate about creating an encouraging school environment where adults want to come daily; kids are excited to attend, and a place families trust and are proud to send their children.

In addition to his role as principal, Zac is a speaker and an author. His first book, “Leading with a Humble Heart: A 40-Day Devotional for Leaders,” was released in July of 2022. His second book, “Leading with People: A Six Pillar Framework for Fruitful Leadership,” was released in October of 2023. Zac is passionate about encouraging and growing leaders inside and outside of their homes.
Most importantly, Zac is a husband to his wife, Carly, and father to three young kids: Olivia, Eliot, and Isaac. He is a firm believer in leading his family first.
